How It works
STEP 1: PLACE ORDER
Order any of our custom products and send your reference photos to hello@happylittlepaper.co!
STEP 2: PROOF PROCESS
The first digital proof will be emailed to you within 10 days of receiving your reference photos after an order is placed.
After you receive your proof email, you can either:
- Request edits: We offer ONE (1) complimentary edit on each custom order via email. After that, we will charge a $5 fee for each additional round, so please be as specific as possible in your feedback. Each round of feedback will be applied within 2 business days.
- Approve proof: If everything looks good, reply to the email with “approved” and the product will go into production!
STEP 3: ORDER SHIPS
After you give your approval, your product will go into production. No more edits can be made after the design goes into production. You’ll get a shipping notification and your order will arrive to you within 14 days after approval (US orders).
